Refunds Policy
Made-to-Order Products
Because all our products are made-to-order and personalised, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged, or contains an error we made (e.g. a wrong name or a misspelling that was not in your original order), we will remake it free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
How to Lodge a Claim
Please provide clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Send them to [email protected] with your order number and a brief description.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or international carriers once the parcel has left our hands.

Please double-check all names, dates, and messages before submitting your order. We engrave exactly what you type — we cannot be held responsible for customer spelling errors.
Font Selection
Font selection is final once the order is placed. If you are unsure about a font, please contact us before ordering — we are happy to send you a preview.
Requesting Changes
If you need to make a change to your order, contact us at [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, production may have already begun and changes cannot be guaranteed.
