Choosing Our Materials
We use 3mm bamboo plywood, pine plywood, clear acrylic, and frosted acrylic — hand-inspected sheet by sheet. Each material is chosen for its ability to hold fine laser detail beautifully.
Laser Workshop
Our precision CO₂ laser carves your design at 1200 DPI. Depths are calibrated to the millimetre for perfect contrast and beautiful tactile relief.
Hand Finished
Every piece is hand-sanded through five grits, treated with food-safe oil, and wrapped in recycled kraft paper before careful dispatch.
