The planner shrinks names to fit and warns when your count wants the next size up. Over about 180 guests, two A1 panels beat one enormous sheet: two groups can read at once, and a panel fits through a doorway and posts without a crate.
Yes. Paste your list, arrange the tables and save it as a PDF with no account, no email address and no watermark across the names. We make money when a couple likes the preview enough to order the engraved acrylic sign, and plenty of couples only ever print it. Both are fine.
A1 (594 × 841 mm) reads well up to about 80 guests listed A to Z, or 60 grouped by table. A0 (841 × 1189 mm) covers 80 to 180. Over about 180 guests, order two A1 panels and split the list A to L and M to Z rather than one giant sheet. The planner recommends a size from your count and warns when names are getting too small.
Alphabetical by surname, with the table number beside each name, for any wedding over about 60 guests. A guest arrives knowing their own name and nothing else; listed A to Z they find it in two seconds, grouped by table they read every block until they spot themselves and a queue forms at the door. By table photographs better and is a fair choice for a smaller wedding. The planner does both from the same list, so try each.
Eight on a 5-foot round, ten on a 6-foot round, and long trestle tables seat about one person per 60 cm of edge. Venues usually tell you their standard. The planner takes a seats-per-table number and flags any table you overfill, but it will not stop you.
For the engraved sign, about four weeks before the day. You can order earlier and keep editing the saved link; nothing is cut until you approve the proof. For a printed PDF, whenever you like, and you can print again the night before.
A name cannot be removed from engraved acrylic. Most couples leave it, because only they will ever notice. Otherwise we fit a small matched blank over the name, or if you ordered two panels we remake just the affected one. We price each option before you decide, and there is no rush fee the week before a wedding.
